These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pwin platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any services. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing pwin at https://pwin.pro and registering an account, you enter into a binding agreement with pwin and agree to comply with all terms stated on this page. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the platform or create an account.
These terms apply to all users of the pwin platform, including visitors who browse without a registered account. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for updates. Continued use of pwin after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pwin.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
To register and use pwin, you must meet the following eligibility conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online gaming platforms.
- You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
- You must not be prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable law in your country or region.
- You must not have a self-excluded account or be subject to any other access restriction imposed by pwin.
pwin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage of the registration or verification process. Any account found to belong to a person below the minimum age will be immediately suspended and any pending balances may be withheld pending review. Misrepresentation of age is a serious violation of these terms.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on pwin. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact support immediately.
When creating your account, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username and password — confidential. pwin will not be held liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details.
You must notify pwin immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. pwin recommends using a strong, unique password and logging out from shared or public devices after each session. Identity verification documents may be requested at any time to confirm account ownership and comply with applicable regulations.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered user of pwin, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful and personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods or identity documents.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
- Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any activity that is illegal under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law. pwin reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation and to take appropriate action at its sole discretion.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All transactions on pwin — including deposits, withdrawals, and wager amounts — are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Players are responsible for understanding the applicable exchange rates if funding their accounts from non-PHP sources, though pwin accounts are denominated exclusively in PHP.
Deposits are processed through the payment methods available in the account dashboard. pwin does not accept cash payments or transfers from third-party accounts that are not registered in your name. All payment instruments used must belong to you personally.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification requirements. pwin reserves the right to apply a processing period to withdrawal requests as stated in the account help section. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, along with any applicable transaction limits, are displayed within the account dashboard and may be updated periodically. Players are responsible for reviewing current limits before initiating transactions.
pwin will not be responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network outages beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
pwin provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure platform stability and availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. pwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pwin's liability to any user in connection with the use of the platform — including losses from gaming activity — is limited to the value of funds currently held in the affected account. pwin does not guarantee any gaming outcomes and is not responsible for financial losses resulting from use of the platform.
Account suspension and closure: pwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, inactivity over an extended period, or upon a player's own request. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus balances may be forfeited. Verified real-money balances remaining at the time of legitimate closure will be returned to the account holder following applicable verification checks.
7. Intellectual Property, Third Parties, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual property: All content on the pwin platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data — is the property of pwin or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
Third-party services: The pwin platform may reference or integrate services from third-party providers, including payment processors, game content providers, and analytics tools. pwin is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of these third-party services. Any interaction with third-party providers is governed by their respective terms and policies.
Changes to these terms: pwin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of pwin shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
